Ingredients: 4 Servings 2 ea Rabbits 1/4 t Pepper, black 4 T Flour 6 T Vegetable oil 2 t Salt 4 T Water, hot Preparation: Clean rabbits and cut up for frying. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge rabbit pieces until well coated. Brown on all side in oil in covered skillet. When well browned, sprinkle with hot water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
